I am a political scientist with a PhD from Brandeis University (August 2025) specializing in social movements and American political development.

My research explores how social movements build the organizational capacity to shape public institutions. My dissertation, Capturing the Flag: How Young Conservatives Took Over the Republican Party, looks at how young conservative activists worked to create the infrastructure that would shape the Conservative Movement (and the Republican Party) for decades to come.
